L’établissement accueille une clientèle locale, des voyageurs et des entreprises pour des déjeuners, dîners et séminaires. Le restaurant disposait déjà d’un site web, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas correctement. L’expérience était limitée, certaines informations difficiles à trouver et la gestion interne peu flexible.
